Lead times for custom Furniture orders vary by Manufacturer and time of the year As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an e-mail with the estimated shipping date. Let us know when you need the order by and we will do our best. In some cases our Manufacturers offer an expedite process for a small additional fee.
Many non-Furniture items will arrive in 5-8 business days (excluding holidays). Items with longer lead times are noted on the product pages of this web site. In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by phone or email. If you order multiple items, they may arrive at different times and in separate packaging. Do you offer express shipping options? Got a special shipping requirement? Send us an e-mail or give us a call, and we can work it out. What shipping carriers do you use? Most items are shipped via the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. Larger items are typically shipped by freight carriers. In some cases ships larger shipments go from the Manufacturer to our local warehouse and are picked up and delivered to your destination by a "white glove" service. Are your shipments insured against loss or damage? Yes. Every shipment is insured. Please inspect all packages for damage before signing the delivery confirmation. If damage is visible from the outside, refuse the shipment (being sure the driver notes the damage) and contact us as soon as possible. You must report any damaged or broken items to Goodnite Moon within 7 business days of the delivery date. Save the packing materials that the item(s) arrived in. It is essential to keep the packing materials in order to validate a damage claim. |
